SSH Selfdrive are commercial and private self-drive vehicle hire specialists. During the last 15 years, the business has gone from strength to strength and has firmly established itself as market leaders in the vehicle hire sector throughout Shropshire and the surrounding counties.

Founded by Co-owners Darrell Miller and Paul Graham, SSH has two branches located in Telford and Stafford. With a fleet of over 400 vehicles, the business offers competitive rates, corporate bookings, an online booking system and much more.

From single days, weekend deals to longer vehicle hire, SSH work with businesses and customers to tailor a plan to suit their needs. They have also been the franchise for HERTZ in Telford, Shrewsbury and North Staffordshire for the last eight years.

SSH, SOUTH STAFFS HIRE LTD, was founded and established in 2005 by co-owners Darrell Miller and Paul Graham. The company originally operated as a Thrifty Car Rental franchise, trading in the Telford area.

Starting with a fleet of just 27 vehicles, hard work and determination meant the business rapidly increased to over 100 vehicles in the first 12 months, and now has over 400 vehicles to date.

In 2010, due to further expansion plans, SSH agreed an amicable departure from the Thrifty franchise system, meaning they were then able to concentrate on their core business, and trade without restraint to local businesses and the general public.
